What can someone with irregular periods and high/low mood swings before and during one NATURALLY prevent it?
I seriously get pretty bad mentally, whether I show it or not, and cannot take birth control and will not take psych meds for something I KNOW can be handled somehow by myself. It helps that I realize it means I'm getting the period or am pregnant. But it doesn't erase the hurts I do to myself while I'm thinking bad things or hyperhappy things. What are some natural soothings that do not promise to make me fatter or way more active, as i become anemic while this happens.
I seriously cannot take birth control pills. I'm sorry you didn't see that. Never mind why, just a medical reason.
I've tried sugar free experiments, all kinds of weird diet things. I know what my condition is already, and the ones that go with it, I just need the natural remedy to make it easier to be around me, and not to rely on luck that I'm usually scheduled off work when it begins.
From my understanding different women may have similar or like symptoms at some point in their life.
